Paraffin that is found in solid form is called paraffin wax, paraffin wax or solid paraffin. Paraffin wax or paraffin wax is a soft, white or colorless wax, which is extracted from petroleum, coal or oil rocks, and consists of a mixture of saturated hydrocarbon molecules with between 20 and 40 carbon atoms.
